Brightroots Yoga (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website, how we use it, and your choices.
Information you provide: when you submit a form (enquiry, quote request, review, or job application) we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, phone, organization, and message.
Information collected automatically: with your consent we use analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) that place cookies and collect data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and — via Clarity — aggregated session recordings and heatmaps used to improve the site.
To respond to enquiries, provide quotes and programming, improve our website and services, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics load only after you select “Accept” on our cookie banner; choose “Decline” and no analytics cookies are set. You can also clear cookies or use browser controls, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.
We share limited data with providers who help operate the site: Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), and Netlify (hosting and form processing). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by law. To exercise your rights, email us at hello@brightrootsyoga.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Our services are arranged with schools, childcare centers, and parents/guardians — not marketed to or transacted with children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at hello@brightrootsyoga.com and we will delete it.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
